Brave and Beautiful: A Retreat for Women

Imagine, for a moment, a day when you are not impaired by negative self-talk and feelings of inadequacy. Who would you be? What could you accomplish? Like everything worth having in life, being the best version of our selves takes investment, practice, commitment, and celebration. This is why we’ve created the Brave and Beautiful Women’s Retreat—to empower women through community, share and build upon ideas, welcome opportunities for growth, support each other as we identify our vulnerabilities, align our intentions with our actions, and to celebrate our Brave and Beautiful selves. The Brave and Beautiful Women’s Retreat is for all women: you, friends, moms, daughters, neighbors, and colleagues. As a community we will: • Acknowledge/own our obstacles, discover what fuels them, and begin to regain power. • Connect with other women who endure similar self-imposed barriers and inspire one another by sharing our successes and letdowns. • “Recharge our batteries” and tap into our best selves. • Define the intentions behind our own unique Brave and Beautiful life, outline a realistic plan of action, and commit to putting it into practice. • Accept that we are ENOUGH, just as we are. This retreat has combined the efforts of Steph Williamson, a personal and professional life coach, Kelsey Barnwell, a portrait photographer with the vision to empower women through portraits, and a team of brilliant leaders eager to be present and share this experience with you.
