SeaFeast's Creative Currents Art Exhibition
Bellingham SeaFeast invites you to Creative Currents, a juried exhibition marking ten years of honoring the waters that shape our community. On view August 22 through October 25 at Cordata Gallery, 465 W Stuart Road, Bellingham, this collection brings together regional artisans working across painting, sculpture, fiber, and craft—each piece a meditation on the Salish Sea, the working waterfront, and the quiet forces of tide and current that define life here.
The exhibition extends beyond the gallery walls. Visitors are invited to take part in the Community Net Project, a collaborative piece featuring recycled cork buoys; contribute to the 2026 SeaFeast Community Mural, a group paint-by-number project that reflects our shared relationship to these waters; and dive into workshops with the artists. A portion of all art sales will support Bellingham SeaFeast's ongoing commitment to the preservation and celebration of our maritime community. Full artist roster and workshop schedule to be announced.
